At The Vault Pro Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unassembled items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built scooters and parts that have been installed or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, include all original tags, and are within the 30-day purchase window to qualify for a full refund.

  • 2.
    Request an RMA

    Contact our support team or use our online portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack your items in a sturdy shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
